Nobody should handle it alone
Ever wondered if you’d get past it?
I know how overwhelming it is to carry the past in your body and throughout relationships. I use research-based, body-based, and relational therapies to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build the life you want.

Long-term trauma can leave you feeling on edge, disconnected, or unsure who to trust. You do not have to relive every detail to heal. Together, we work gently and at your pace, helping your body and mind release what they have been holding.

If talk therapy has helped but something still feels unfinished, your body may need support too. Somatic therapy brings calm back to your nervous system so your mind can finally rest. This work restores presence, motivation, and self trust.
About Judilin Bosita, PsyD, LMFT
Trauma Therapist and Somatic Practitioner
👋🏼 Hi, I’m Judilin.
I became a therapist because therapy saved my life.
As a complex trauma survivor, I know what it is like to feel broken, misunderstood, or unsure if change is possible. My approach is human, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I am not here as an authority. I am a partner walking beside you.
We will do meaningful work, but we will also laugh. My goal is to help you feel safe in your body, confident in your voice, and hopeful about your future.
Therapy with me is…
Direct, warm, and grounding
Where cursing is welcomed + encouraged
Deeply collaborative
Guided by your pace, your voice, and your goals
A mix of body-based and insight-based work
Honest, compassionate, and not afraid to laugh
