Most people start therapy when stress, trauma symptoms, or relationship patterns begin to affect their daily life, mood, or sense of connection. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can help you get clarity and relief.
-
Look for a therapist who is licensed, highly trained in your specific concerns, and someone you feel safe and comfortable with. The fit with your therapist is a great catalyst for the change you are working towards.

I do not accept insurance. This is so I can offer fully private, confidential care without mandatory diagnoses or insurance limits. This gives you faster access to therapy in California and Texas, no surprise denials, and the freedom to work at the pace that best supports trauma healing, nervous system regulation, and relationship health. It also allows me to offer specialized trauma and couples therapy that most insurance plans don’t cover.
Although I don't accept insurance, I am able to provide monthly superbills to help you get possible reimbursement from your insurance.

I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Sessions changed with less notice are billed at the full fee.
