I am a therapist who’s used somatic therapy in my own, personal therapy and with patients for over than 7 years. Somatic therapy grounds my patients in their bodies, and helps with motivation, trust, and relationships.

Together, we’ll map the patterns affecting your mind and nervous system and build tools to help your body release what’s been holding you back.

You don’t have to relive traumatic memories. We’ll focus on what’s happening now: the sensations, impulses, and emotions your body carries. This awareness lets blocked energy discharge and restores you to a baseline of rest, alertness, and natural motivation.
